Dr. Crystal Ferguson was born and raised in Lenoir, NC. After graduating from Hibriten High School, she attended East Carolina University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. She obtained her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College in 2007 and completed her pediatric dentistry residency at Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington D.C. in 2009. She has volunteered with McDowell Headstart and Early Headstart.
