Dr Matthew Johnson

Dr. Matthew Johnson grew up in Southeast Idaho, where he enjoyed helping wrangle cows and work on the farm, as well as participating in the school band and choir. After stops in Utah and Wisconsin as part of his professional training, him and his wife Kalissa, moved to Chattanooga so he could serve the wonderful people of Tennessee and complete a postgraduate residency. 'I was raised in a mindset of serving others as Christ did. I love helping people become a healthier, happier and more confident version of themselves. Everything I do in dentistry, whether it's an exam and cleaning or giving someone a brand new smile makeover, I do with the goal of listening to my patients so they feel heard and understood. I strive to provide them with the highest quality care and the smile they've always wanted,' he said when asked about why he chose to become a dentist. Bringing an extensive background in dental implant placement, cosmetic work, and general dental expertise, he looks forward to joining the amazing team at JCP Dental and serving the good folks who trust us with their care!
