Dr. Max Uyeda is committed to providing thoughtful, high quality dental care with a focus on patient comfort and long-term oral health. He is a graduate of Kalani High School and the University of Hawaii at Mānoa, and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry. He then went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the Tibor Rubin Long Beach Veterans Affairs Medical Center. During his advanced training, Dr. Uyeda gained extensive experience treating complex cases, with an emphasis on implant placement and restoration to replace missing teeth. He is passionate about using high quality materials and modern techniques to provide predictable, long-lasting results for his patients. Dr. Uyeda’s approach to care is warm and reassuring, and he believes that clear communication and a comfortable environment are essential to building trust and helping patients feel at ease at every visit. Out of the office, you can find Dr. Uyeda spending time with his family and two dogs, golfing, fishing, working out, and tending to his aquariums and pond.
