Dr. Li is Hawaiian Chinese and graduated from Iolani in 1999, University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2004 with degrees in Psychology and Biology. After studying Cantonese and Mandarin in Guangzhou, China, Dr. Li attended and graduated in 2010 from the University of Pacific School of Dentistry, and again from UOP with a Doctor of Health Sciences degree in 2024. From 2015 to 2021 Dr. Li performed moderate sedation and general dentistry in Texas and is glad to bring moderate sedation to Kona since 2021. He holds various leadership roles including Hawaii Dental Association Board of Trustee 2023-2026, volunteer firefighter, CPR instructor, and more.
