Dr Brian J. Benoit

Every dentist that graduates from dental school goes right in and starts treating patients by performing everyday, ordinary dentistry. I wanted to make sure that I was treating each person as an individual with individual needs and not just treating a tooth. I wanted to make a difference in how people felt about their dental care and smiles. So, I decided to embark on a journey to educate myself in bite problems, TMJ (joints), periodontal (gum) disease, cosmetic dentistry, and basic business philosophies. That is why I studied at some of the most prestigious institutes, such as the L.D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, FL, and The Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Studies in St. Petersburg, FL. I put in hundreds of hours to try to perfect my skills. My office and treatment choices are based on two principles: quality of service and lasting relationships. I want to give my patients the best choices for their dental care, as I would give a member of my own family. Dr. Benoit is originally from Thibodaux, LA. Upon graduating from LSU School of Dentistry, he practiced in Thibodaux for two years. He started his practice in 1997 in Houma, LA. Dr. Benoit’s hobbies include following LSU sports (especially football), and collecting sports memorabilia. The best times in his life are spent with his family, which includes his wife, Beth; their oldest daughter, Olivia; and their twin daughters, Sophie and Abigail.
