Dr. Walker was born and raised in Houma, La. He attended Vandebilt Catholic High School, where he graduated in 1992. He then attended Nicholls State, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science. Unsure of whether he wanted to pursue medical school or dental school, he continued his education by attending the LSU Master’s program. He received a Master’s degree with a double major in Microbiology and Biochemistry. Through a mentorship with a family friend, he decided that being a dentist would be the path he would follow. He attended LSU Dental School in New Orleans and graduated in 2004. Dr. Walker married his wife Carrie in 2010, and they have three children, Delaney, Colin, and Jules Marie. While Dr. Walker enjoys anything related to hunting, fishing, and the outdoor life, his true love is his family, who he devotes the majority of his time to. Dr. Walker, or Christian as the majority of his patients call him, believes the main focus of his practice should be based on the patient experience. He philosophy is and always will be, “treat everyone the way you would like to be treated”. He believes and abides by the thought that the main focus between a doctor and his patient is trust. Dr. Walker is a member of the Bayou District Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
