Dr. Catherine Castillo grew up in Florida. She earned her Doctorate in Dental Sciences from Howard University in Washington DC. Dr. Castillo completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Nova Southeastern University and Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University. She believes compassion to be the foremost criterion for those who want to excel in dentistry. She is an active participant in dental outreach programs for the underserved. She has participated actively in the Jamaican Humanitarian Mission and has provided local care to children in Texas with the University of Texas’ Give Kids a Smile. Apart from being a dentist, she spends the rest of her time as a baseball mom, soccer mom, and dance mom. She is proud of her three children and is full of joy when she speaks about them.
