Dr. Rosenstein obtained his undergraduate bachelor of science in biology from Touro College in Queens, New York, where he graduated as Valedictorian of his class. He attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Rosenstein was accepted into an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, in Brooklyn, NY.
