Dr. Anthony Marra was born and raised in Fairmont, West Virginia. He attended West Virginia University, where he majored in biology and minored in communications and history from 2002-2006. After undergraduate studies, he attended West Virginia School of Dentistry from 2006-2010 where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Marra is active in a variety of civic and cultural organizations. He is an advocate for proper dental care in under-served third-world countries. He has traveled to Central and South America on dental and Medical missions brigades. In 2009, Dr. Marra traveled to Guatemala as a dental student. In 2013, Dr. Marra married his wife Aundrea Lynn Marra, MD who is an OB/GYN in the Huntersville area. They have 3 children, twins (Antonio and Arabella born in 2015) and a son (Adrian born in 2017). Dr. Marra is an active member American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Prosthodontic Society, and SPEAR continuing education curriculum. Dr. Marra Enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and golfing.
