Dr Radmila Shuminov

Dr. Radmila Shuminov is the owner and lead dentist at Tru Smiles Dental of Huntington. A native New Yorker and second-generation dentist, she has over a decade of experience delivering exceptional, ethical, patient-centered care. Dr. Shuminov earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery through New York University’s accelerated BA/DDS program and completed her residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. With over 1,000 hours of continuing education, she holds Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry—an honor achieved by only 6% of dentists. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her four children and husband, cooking, and learning to grow her own food.
