For over 20 years, Rocket City Dental has been a trusted provider of dental care in the Huntsville community. Today, the practice is led by Dr. Nahal Azizkhani, who earned her degree in Biological Sciences from The University of Georgia in Athens, GA, and her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, FL. After spending the first eight years of her dental career gaining valuable experience in Florida, Dr. Azizkhani returned to her hometown of Huntsville, AL, to continue serving the community she loves. Dr. Azizkhani brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt dedication to her role as a family dentist. Her mission is to ensure patients feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Her calm demeanor, clear communication, and commitment to patient satisfaction guide everything we do at Rocket City Dental. Outside the office, Dr. Azizkhani enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
