Hello! I’m Dr. Frank, and I’m excited to bring my unique dental journey and expertise to West 38th Dental. My path began at the University of California, San Diego, where I earned my undergraduate degree, followed by my dental education at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. I spent 8 incredible years as a U.S. Navy dentist, providing care in diverse locations, including Japan (Iwakuni and Yokosuka) and Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, alongside the U.S. Marines. Before my Navy career, I participated in humanitarian missions to Timor-Leste, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras. I completed a year-long Biomimetic Mastership at the Alleman Center for Biomimetic Dentistry, the year-long AAID Maxicourse in implant dentistry and began the first two courses of The Kois Center curriculum. At West 38th Dental, my goal is to combine my global experience and ongoing education to offer comprehensive dentistry that makes a difference.
