Dr. Geiger is a third-generation dentist, following in the footsteps of her father and grandfather. She joined Southeast Family Dental in 2011 after she graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Since graduating, Dr. Geiger has continued to take dental courses to provide the best care for her patients. She loves creating beautiful, healthy smiles. Through these courses and becoming a mother to three, Dr. Geiger discovered a passion for treating childhood airway disorders. Beginning with her study of tethered oral tissues (tongue and lip ties) with Dr. Soroush Zaghi and Dr. Chelsea Pinto, Dr. Geiger provides releases for infants, children, and adults. The tongue tie path led Dr. Geiger to further study child development from a facial growth and whole health perspective. Many children and adults have complications due to small jaw size, leading to airway issues and whole health complications, including sleep apnea. Studying with Dr. Bill Hang and Dr. Simon Wong, Dr. Geiger now offers early childhood orthodontic intervention.
