Dr. Meghana Gaharwar was born in India and moved to US in 2010. She received her undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik (India). She then received Master in Public Health (MPH) from Western Kentucky University (WKU) and she gained research experience in the field of dental tissue engineering at Harvard Medical School and Brigham Women’s Hospital. After completing her research internship, she joined the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). She has over 10 years of dental experience in India and US. Dr. Gaharwar spent her time learning art of dentistry and do volunteer work in community.
