A native of Richardson, TX, Dr. Jonni Kumar has been practicing dentistry for a decade and counting. Growing up, his older brother was one of the biggest inspirations for his decision to pursue a career as a dentist. Watching him work through the process of becoming a successful professional motivated him to work towards the same dream. Now, he gets to enjoy being able to make a lasting difference in the lives of others by improving their oral health. Dr. Kumar attended the University of Texas at Dallas for his undergraduate studies. He later went on to study at the Louisiana State University to obtain his Doctor of Dental Science degree. He’s also undertaken advanced dental courses in various topics, including level 1 sedation, implant pathway, All of 4 Cadaver, sinus lift, dental emergencies, and dental XP. Other than expanding his expertise and skills through continuing education, Dr. Kumar is also a proud and active member of professional organizations such as the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Pride Institute.
