Dr. Lacey, who previously practiced at the Front Street office, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and joined his father in practice in 1981. Since then, Dr. Lacey has received many accolades for his work in the community, including the Southern Tier Independence Center’s Award for Outstanding Accessibility Achievement in 2010. He joined the Progressive Dental family with their new Binghamton location.
