Dr. Phil Fisher earned a B.S. degree in 1983 from the University of Memphis. In 1987, he finished his studies at the University Of Tennessee College Of Dentistry. After graduation, however, Dr. Fisher began a career with the U.S. Army. In 1993, he joined Dental Associates, Inc.
