Dr. Taylor Barnett earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Dental College of Georgia, building on several years of clinical experience as a dental assistant in the General Practice Residency program at the same institution. Before entering dental school, she completed a Master of Science in Biological Sciences at Clemson University and earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, graduating with honours in both fields. Her background as a certified K–5 teacher gives her a unique ability to educate patients and help them feel comfortable and informed during their visits. Dr. Barnett has experience in restorative dentistry, surgical procedures, implant preparation, and IV sedation support, giving her a strong and well-rounded clinical foundation. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and is dedicated to delivering gentle, compassionate, and patient-centred dentistry. Originally from Grovetown, Georgia, Dr. Barnett is excited to serve the families of coastal Georgia. Outside of the office, she enjoys painting, crafting, and working with ceramics, as well as spending time in her church community. She loves finding creative outlets that complement the attention to detail she brings to her dental work.
