An Active Life member of the American Dental Association and Pennsylvania Dental Association, he has served at the national, state, regional and local levels of the tri-partite Association. He has served as President and Executive Board member of the PDA's 2nd District Dental Association and the Montgomery-Bucks Dental Society. Currently, he is the President-Elect of the Pennsylvania Dental Association and in 2024 will become President. In addition, he was a member of the ADA's Council on Dental Practice, and currently serves on the ADA’s Pension Committee and is a member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. A firm believer in continued education, Dr. Limberakis exceeds, by far, the annual credit hours required for licensure by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and includes their staff in attending courses in the diverse fields of dentistry. In addition, Dr. Limberakis has been recognized by his peers and voted as one of Philadelphia Magazine's TOP DENTISTS of 2017 - 2025 for General Dentistry. This acknowledgment is a testament to a lifetime of dental excellence and patient care. He is a Senior Attending Dental Staff member and Clinical Instructor of the Abington-Jefferson Hospital’s General Practice Residency. Being of Hellenic ancestry affords Dr. Limberakis the ability to converse with Greek-speaking patients. Dr. Limberakis is an active member of his church and has been acknowledged so by being made an Archon of the Ecumenical Patriarchate. He has been involved in many community service projects, such as Give-Kids-A-Smile, Give-Vets-A-Smile, and notably serving as the Restorative Lead in the Mission of Mercy in Pennsylvania since its inception. Dr. Limberakis is married to Alexis and together have four children and three grandchildren. They have been residents in Ambler for over forty years.
