After college, Dr. Tyler Sorensen pursued dentistry, following in his father's footsteps. He graduated from the University of Utah in 2003 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA, graduating in May 2008. He completed a General Practice Residency in Bethlehem, PA, learning from over 20 different doctors. He began placing dental implants in 2013 and has taken many continuing education courses, including a one-year mastery course from gIDE dental Institute in association with Loma Linda University. He has placed well over 5000 dental implants between 2013 and 2019. Dr. Sorensen is also an instructor for Hiossen Implant, Inc., teaching advanced surgery courses and four days of the Masters basic course. He lives in Dresher with his wife, Dr. Diana Silva, and their two daughters. His interests include snow and water skiing, hiking, camping, and fixing things.
