A native of Johnson City, Tennessee, Dr. Burleson attended East Tennessee State University where he received his undergraduate degree. He earned his D.D.S. degree at the University of Tennessee for Health Sciences in Memphis in June 1982. Shortly after graduating, he began his private dental office in Jonesborough, Tennessee. Dr. Burleson serves his local and dental community in many ways. Participating in dental mission trips thru Go International is a passion he holds close to his heart. He is the Secretary of the Tennessee Dental Association and a member of the American Dental Association. He is also a Trustee for the First District Dental Society.
