Dr Joy M. Miller

Dr. Joy M. Miller was born and raised in Herington, Kansas. She moved to Kansas City in 1989 to attend the University of Missouri Kansas City Dental School. Following graduation in 1993, Dr. Miller completed a two-year residency at the UMKC Dental School in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program. Dr. Miller then joined Dr. Richard Lanning’s practice in 1995. Dr. Miller became the owner in 1998 and continues the tradition of treating patients as if they were family. She is a member of the Greater Kansas City Dental Society, the Missouri Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Miller is married to Scott and they have four children. Dr. Joy M. Miller and her entire team provide a relaxed, friendly environment that will put even the most anxious patients at ease. Dental office appointments are met on time and dental treatment is always completed in an efficient manner. Dr. Miller and her entire team complete yearly training updates to maintain the highest standards of safety for our patients. We are happy to answer any questions you may have or give a tour of our sterilization area. To provide our patients with the best possible treatment, we participate in continuing education lectures, meetings, and conventions.
