Dr. Brent Bakken has been practicing dentistry in Hermiston since 1994. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in California. As a student, he was recognised with awards in Periodontics and Oral Surgery. At graduation, he was presented with membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon, an honorary dental society. He is married and has three children, a daughter, and two stepsons. From his home state of North Dakota, he entered the United States Navy and served five years on active duty before entering dental school. His interests include hiking, reading, exercising, carpentry, outdoor projects, and family time. Dr. Bakken feels grateful to work and live in Hermiston, Oregon.
