Dr. Beltran is a native Texan who attended Texas A&M University and was commissioned into the US Army Dental Corps. He earned his DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After general dentistry, he completed oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Womack Army Medical Center. He served over 20 years in the Army, rising to colonel, and retired from Fort Hood. He performs IV sedation, wisdom teeth removal, dental extractions, bone grafts, dental implants, orthognathic surgeries, facial trauma procedures, pathology and reconstruction, facial cosmetics, oral infections treatment, and TMJ procedures.
