Mr Kathleen A. Cripps

Kathleen Cripps is our Professional Relations Director with over 20 years of experience in healthcare communications, patient advocacy, and referral coordination. Since 2003, she has been instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with referring offices, ensuring patients receive seamless and compassionate care. Known for her ability to resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism, she plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for both patients and referral partners. Kathy was also a driving force behind the creation of our Implant Department, where she helped develop systems to streamline treatment coordination and enhance patient outcomes. She has spoken at numerous conferences across the country on the role and implementation of Implant Treatment Coordinators and has consulted with oral surgery practices nationwide on the importance of implant coordination. Kathy also serves as the Delaware Valley Study Club Coordinator, organising eight to ten continuing education events annually for dental professionals. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bloomsburg University and is a certified CPR instructor. Outside the office, she is an avid pickleball player who enjoys spending time with her husband Russ, their children Emma and Mason, and their dog Wendy. Her favourite getaway is Hilton Head Island.
