Dr. Booseh F. Jafari earned her dental degree from the University of Kiel and completed advanced training at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. With experience in prosthodontics and implantology, she emphasizes prevention and thoughtful treatment planning. Her goal is to help patients preserve a healthy, natural smile for the long term. In 2002, Dr. Jafari joined the faculty at the College of Dentistry at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center as an assistant professor in the Department of Fixed Prosthodontics. She served in that role until 2008, when she moved to Washington state to open a private practice. Although Dr. Jafari has been trained in restoring teeth and occlusion by outstanding mentors and very much enjoys using those skills, she counts preventive dentistry as one of her main focuses. She takes pride in using her abilities and knowledge to preserve a natural, healthy smile and to utilize advanced techniques that support both appearance and function. Outside the office, Dr. Jafari enjoys skiing whenever she gets a chance. She also loves camping, dancing, swimming, and experiencing new adventures through travel with her family. She often volunteers at her children’s schools and enjoys being involved with school activities and field trips so she can get to know other kids and their families. In her downtime, she recharges by playing the piano.
