Dr May Y. Huang

Born and raised in Taiwan, Dr. May Huang immigrated as a high school student to the United States. After graduating, she went to UCLA to study Biological Sciences. Once she had completed her Bachelor’s degree, she went on to also receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from UCLA in 1993. Dr Huang also has a 3rd language that she is fluent in – Mandarin Chinese! Dr. Huang completed her one-year residency at Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center in Los Angeles County, where she focused her care experiences on treating medically and physically compromised. She has continued to have an affinity for caring for special needs patients, and implements this into her profession as a private practice dentist. Dr. Huang joined Evergreen Dental Group in 2002. Since moving to the Seattle area in 1995, Dr. Huang and her husband, Lee, have made Bellevue their home. They have two beautiful daughters. Their eldest recently graduated from the University of Washington and is planning a career in research. Their youngest daughter is currently a history major student at University of St. Andrews in Scotland. Dr. Huang enjoys living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, spending her time gardening, reading, dining out, cooking and traveling.
