Dr. Nia Zacharia is a Knoxville native who brings both technical expertise and a compassionate, patient centred approach to her dental care. She then practised in New York City for several years before returning home to East Tennessee. After more than seven years at a private practice in Maryville, Dr. Zacharia is excited to join University General Dentists. She is committed to lifelong learning and is looking forward to mentoring the next generation of dentists. Passionate about serving others, she has participated in both local and international dental missions. Dr. Zacharia enjoys cosmetic dentistry and specialises in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders (TMD). She takes a comprehensive, detail-oriented approach to smile design creating natural, balanced results, and provides individualised, conservative care for patients experiencing TMD pain. Known for her patient-centred philosophy, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalised care. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, swimming, travelling, and hiking.
