Dr. Russell Hulse is from a small town in West Texas and he graduated from The University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston in 1997. He met his wife Dr. Evon Hulse during his senior year of dental school; she was originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. He fell in love with the mountains and lakes of our area so the couple relocated to East Tennessee after his wife had graduated from dental school. Dr. Russ believes that laughter is the key to ending dental fear for his patients. He has a great sense of humor and can be found daily joking around with his patients, both young and old. Hiking and camping in our beautiful mountains is a favorite pastime for him, as well as spending time on the lakes. He and his wife also travel extensively around the globe. He loves to spend time with his wife, Evon and their dogs, Remy and Roo.
