Dr Tien Ton

Dr. Ton earned her DDS from Howard University and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency with NYU Langone. She is especially passionate about restorative dentistry, combining technical precision with a genuine commitment to ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their dental journey. Dr. Tien Ton, DDS, is a compassionate and dedicated dentist with a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C., followed by advanced training through a one-year AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residency in partnership with NYU Langone at their Waco, Texas location. Dr. Ton's journey in healthcare began at the University of Houston, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and a minor in Biology. Her interest in dentistry was solidified after participating in an international dental and medical mission trip to rural Vietnam, where she assisted in providing essential care to underserved communities. This formative experience inspired her passion for restorative dentistry and helping patients improve their oral health. During dental school, Dr. Ton's strong clinical skills and approachable nature led to her selection as an Operative Teaching Assistant, where she guided first-year dental students in developing their hand skills and mastering tooth preparations. Today, Dr. Ton brings that same dedication to her patients, combining technical precision with a genuine love for building connections. She is especially passionate about restorative procedures and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their dental journey. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ton enjoys staying active, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.
