Dr. Audrey Horacek is from Cedar Rapids, Iowa and obtained her undergraduate degree in Art History from Mt Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA and her dental degree from the University of Iowa. Following graduation, she completed an AEGD residency program in Washington state where she received additional education and experience with advanced general and pediatric dentistry. She joins Family Dentistry of West Salem after leading a successful practice in Viroqua WI since 2012. In addition to providing a full range of general dentistry services, Dr. Horacek provides Invisalign, laser dentistry, conscious sedation dentistry for adult patients, and lip/tongue tie revisions for infants. Dr. Horacek is a member of the American Dental Assosciation, Wisconsin Dental Assosciation, and the La Crosse District Dental Society. Dr. Horacek and her husband, Tony live in Holmen with their sons, Odin and Dekker. In her spare time she loves cooking with local ingredients, hiking, and painting oil color abstracts.
