Dr. Vondenstein was born and raised in Opelousas, Louisiana. He graduated in 2001 from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. In 2008, Dr. Vondenstein received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. Following graduation, he completed a General Practice Residency with the LSU School of Dentistry. Dr. Vondenstein and his wife, Jennifer along with their two daughters enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors. His personal hobbies include playing guitar and fishing.
