Dr. Victor has been practicing dentistry for nearly 20 years. As the son of two dentists, Dr. Chu and Dr. Yang, he grew up with a deep appreciation for the impact dentistry can have on people’s lives. He earned his dental degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry, followed by a one-year general practice residency at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. There, he gained advanced training in caring for severely medically compromised patients as well as those with facial trauma affecting their teeth and oral health. During his residency, Dr. Victor presented continuing education lectures to the local dental community and published an article in the Hawaii Dental Journal on the effects of bisphosphonate treatment in dental patients. Known by his patients for his attentiveness and gentle chairside manner, Dr. Victor is dedicated to delivering exceptional care. His passion for dentistry extends beyond his practice—he organizes dental mission trips to underserved countries, helping colleagues and dental students discover the deeper calling behind the profession. Outside the office, Dr. Victor enjoys cooking and spending time with his family. He loves relaxing with Disney+ alongside the four “royals” in his life: his wife, Alisa; daughters, Brinley and Kennedy; and his son, Jaxon, the family’s little prince.
