Dr. Billy Brown was born and raised in Bartow, FL. He graduated from Bartow High School (Summerlin Institute) in 1969 and received a B.A. from the University of Florida in June 1973. He graduated from Emory University School of Dentistry in June 1977. After Emory, Dr. Brown served as a dentist in the United States Army Dental Corps from August 1977 until July 1981.
