Dr. Koslowski has practiced in Lebanon County for 34 years. He began his pathway to dentistry and perfect smiles by graduating with a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh. He received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 1991 from the University of Pittsburgh. He moved to the Lebanon area and joined Dr. Donald Gigler where he took over the practice in 1992. At the end of 2015, he changed the practice into a group, Cornwall Family Dentistry, and moved to 850 Norman Drive where it is located today. Dr. Koslowski has been a member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association for 34 years. Dr. Koslowski is known for being very personable and has an astute sense of humor. He takes pride in providing patients with high quality work and fair practices. He has supported countless charitable organizations and believes in giving back to his community. Dr. Koslowski married his college sweetheart, Ann Marie and they have two wonderful children, Zachary and Hallie. He enjoys watching football (especially the Pittsburgh Steelers), studying history, playing guitar, golfing and spending time with his family which includes playing with the family dog, Toby.
