My profession is me and I’m my profession. I love that I am able to alleviate pain and create beautiful smiles for those I care for, ensuring that their lives are improved because of my skills. Whether a patient comes to me for a routine exam or because they need more intensive care, I am honored by the trust they place in me. I am particularly humbled by those who come to me after having dealt with dental anxiety in the past. The fact that they are now seeking care is excellent, but that they have chosen my staff and me for their oral healthcare needs, lets me know that we are doing things right. My team works so well with these patients, reassuring them, listening to them, providing them with support and knowledge. Caring for my patients, for me, is more than just coming into the office: each day brings with it opportunities to help those in our community and to learn from them. The discussions we have, and the friendships that develop, are rewarding and invigorating.
