Dr. Katie was born in Royal Oak and raised near Pinckney, Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Biochemistry with Honors. She continued at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, where she graduated near the top of her class in 2011. She is a member of the American, Michigan, and Central District Dental Societies. Dr. Katie and her husband (Dr. Dave) have two children, Luke and Sarah. Dr. Katie enjoys working out, hiking, cooking, baking, and being involved in her children's activities.
