Dr. Dustin C. Lively is a native of Mangum, OK, with over 20 years of experience in dentistry since 1997. He earned his dental degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry after completing his undergraduate studies at Western Oklahoma State College and Oklahoma State University. He has pursued advanced training at the Misch Implant Institute, Pierre Fauchard Academy, and with sleep experts including Dr. Kent Smith of Dallas and Dr. Erin Elliot of Idaho. Dr. Lively provides comprehensive care including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency dentistry, with a focus on personalized, faith-based treatment. He is passionate about building patient relationships, community involvement, and continuing education. Outside the office, he enjoys building and contracting, flying (holds pilot license), and spending time with his wife Tuni and three daughters.
