Born and raised in the Kansas City area. Earned B.S. in 1979 at University of Missouri at Kansas City. Received Jim Carter Award in 1982 and special achievement award in 1983 from UMKC. D.D.S. in 1984 from UMKC School of Dentistry. Began private practice in Downtown Overland Park, opened Sedalia office in 1985, south Overland Park in 2004. Licensed in Kansas and Missouri. Resides in Overland Park with wife Tami, son Kevin, and daughter Jaclyn. Memberships: ADA, KDA, Fifth District Dental Society, GKCDS, AACD.
