Dr. Benjamin Hulse graduated Valedictorian from Utah Valley University in 2002, and from University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2006 where his research into the treatment of oral yeast infections in HIV patients was published. After serving in the U.S. Army as a dental captain and awarded the Army Commendation Medal, he opened a practice in Tennessee, voted best dentist repeatedly. Relocated to Utah Valley in 2013, his Salem Smiles was best in Utah County 2014-2018. Relocated to Lehi, Floss Family Dentistry voted best in 2021 and 2022. Named top 40 dentists under 40 by Incisal Edge magazine.
