Dr. Mike Wood received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky and is a graduate of the University of Lexington School of Dentistry. Dr. Wood practiced in Shelbyville, Kentucky for one year before returning to his hometown of London, Kentucky. Since joining Dr. Mayes in 1995 Dr. Wood continues to focus on quality dentistry performed with the utmost care and compassion. Dr. Wood's patients routinely comment on his gentle touch and likable chair side manner. Dr. Wood enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is committed to staying abreast of the most promising developments in dental treatment and technology. Dr. Wood participates in several hours of continuing education yearly in order to learn new skills and maintain the highest degree of competence in all areas.
