Hello, I’m Dr. Sonja Maggard and I grew up in Lexington, Kentucky. My love for dentistry was cultivated very early in my life when I began working in my father’s dental office at age 14. He inspired my vision for what would become my passion and life’s work. I completed my undergraduate studies at Eastern Kentucky University and then graduated from The University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1994. I have practiced dentistry at my Prosperous Place office for over 22 years. I pride myself on providing services with compassion and kindness in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Using the most advanced techniques and high-tech equipment available, I diligently practice state-of-the-art dentistry. I am proud to be a life-long learner. I am an avid animal lover and I care for many rescued pets in my home. I enjoy gardening, cooking and playing tennis.
