Dr. Mattingly was born in Louisville, Kentucky and attended St. Xavier High School. He attended the University of Kentucky majoring in architecture, earning his dental degree in 1987. He has been in private practice since 1988. He is married to Richmond, Kentucky native Kathy Park. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, and the Blue Grass Dental Society. He attends numerous continuing education seminars to stay at the forefront of his profession. These include cosmetic, implant and complex restorative cases.
