Dr. Hartwig was raised in Corning, Arkansas. His interest in dentistry began in high school when he attended a summer program, MASH, where he had the opportunity to shadow different specialties in dentistry. He attended Lyon College, where he received his Bachelor's in Biology. Dr. Hartwig continued his studies at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Hartwig volunteered at Remote Area Medical Clinic during dental school and plans to continue volunteering. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his friends, family, and dog, Oliver. He enjoys playing basketball, tennis, and pickleball.
