A native of Syracuse, NY, Dr. Paul attended Cathedral High School and Syracuse University before receiving his DDS from Georgetown University in 1963. He trained in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at New York University’s Bellevue Hospital. Dr. Paul has practised in Syracuse for over 45 years, on staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Community General Hospital for over four decades. With family roots in the area for one hundred years, he is passionate about oral surgery and community service. Married to Patricia for 51 years with seven children and 49 grandchildren.
