Dr Gene Ramey

Dr. Gene Ramey earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and has proudly served the Louisville community for more than 30 years in private practice. In addition to his civilian career, Dr. Ramey spent nearly a decade as a member of the U.S. Army National Guard, where he further strengthened his skills and dedication to service. Throughout his career, Dr. Ramey has been recognized for his compassionate, patient-centered approach to dentistry. He strives to create a comfortable environment for every patient, easing the anxiety often associated with dental visits. Dr. Ramey believes that education and communication are essential to excellent care. He takes time to explain each procedure, helping patients understand their treatment plans and take an active role in their dental health. Committed to comprehensive, individualized care, Dr. Ramey works closely with patients to achieve lasting oral health and confident smiles. Outside of the office, Dr. Ramey enjoys spending time with his high school sweetheart and wife, and together they take great pride in their son, who is continuing the family’s University of Louisville tradition as a mechanical engineering student at the Speed School of Engineering. When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Ramey enjoys hunting, fly-fishing, and exploring the great outdoors.
