Dr. Jeff Mortenson – or Dr. Jeff as he is affectionately known – was born in Douglas, Arizona. He moved to Louisville with his family so that his father, Dr. Wayne Mortenson, could pursue his education at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Dr. Jeff is a proud graduate of Trinity High School. He served a two-year church mission in the Netherlands after graduating and is fluent in Dutch. He then attended Brigham Young University, where he pursued his undergraduate studies and subsequently graduated from the University of Louisville in 1999. He began practicing dentistry at Mortenson Family Dental right after graduation.
