Mr Keri Lock

Dr. Lock earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia (1995) and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry (1999). In dental school, she completed a fellowship with the American Cancer Society. She participated in cancer research and prevention, forensic pathology and oral cancer education for school children. Following dental school, Dr. Lock was selected for a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Florida. She is board certified in Kentucky, Virginia, and Florida. Dr. Lock completed the Orofacial Pain Residency at the University of Kentucky, focused on the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD), orofacial pain, and obstructive sleep apnea. She is certified in both therapeutic and cosmetic applications of Botox through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE). With a patient-centered philosophy, Dr. Lock provides compassionate care at Revitalize Dental, helping patients improve their oral health and find relief from chronic discomfort. Dr. Lock is a member of the American Dental Association, the Louisville Dental Implant Study Club, the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Dr. Lock is the spouse of a retired Army officer and the proud mother of 4 children.
