Dr Jeff Hancock

Dr. Jeff Hancock graduated from Coronado High School. He then went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at Texas Tech University. He attended Dental School at The University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio, TX, and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2003. Upon graduation Jeff returned to Lubbock to begin his practice. Dr. Jeff loves Dentistry and is grateful to have an occupation that he finds fulfilling and is passionate about. He has taken many hours of Continuing Education Courses in cosmetic cases, implants and orthodontics. He believes it is important to stay well educated and up to date on all the technology and techniques as they evolve. He particularly enjoys and excels at Cosmetic cases. “It is so rewarding to see a person’s physical appearance change so dramatically, and to see the positive shifts in their self esteem as a result of the work that I do.” Jeff and his wife, Starr, have two young children. They are members of Experience Life Church and enjoy supporting local and global ministries such as Campus Crusade for Christ, Young Life, Coaches’ Outreach and World Vision. Jeff spends most of his time away from the office training for Triathlons. Jeff began competing in “tris” in 2010, and by the end of 2013 he will have done 5 Half Ironman Distances and 4 Full Ironman Distance Races! He is a member of the local run and triathlon clubs and enjoys training and competing in races big and small. Dr. Jeff has always been and always will be an avid Texas Tech fan, particularly football. He supports his alma mater with a “die hard” mentality. And loves to read, watch and of course talk Tech football anytime anywhere.
