Michael Klein, D.D.S. graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School. He completed a one-year hospital-based General Practice Residency Program at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, followed by a two-year Fellowship in Oral Implantology and Biomaterials at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and then completed a two-year Certificate in Prosthodontics at Rutgers University in NJ. Dr. Klein served as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at NYU for 17 years. He is widely published in peer-reviewed dental periodicals, has co-authored the book The Atlas of Oral Implantology, and lectures frequently, both nationally and internationally, on topics in oral implantology. Dr. Klein pioneered the technology used in computer-guidance for dental implant surgery and holds multiple patents for this technology. He founded Implant Logic Systems, a leading implant technology solutions company that he sold to BioHorizons in 2008. Dr. Klein is the Chief Technology Officer at KeyStone Dental Group.
